Delete a المسار cloud account
You can permanently delete your Firebase-backed المسار account from the app:
- Open Settings.
- Open Account & Firebase, then Cloud account.
- Tap Delete cloud account.
- Reauthenticate when requested and confirm permanent deletion.
Full cloud-account deletion removes the Firebase Authentication account, cloud profile, entitlements, account-security device records, encrypted sync records/metadata, AI-content reports, and Cards/MCQ/Wizari correction reports owned by the account.
Local offline decks, cards, quizzes, progress, companions, and backups remain only on the device until app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled.
If you cannot access the app
Send a deletion request through the official support contact and identify the email address registered to the المسار account. Use the subject/message Delete my المسار cloud account. The developer may ask you to verify ownership before deleting account data.
